In mid-2021, I was having the toughest time with my digestion. It was at the point that I was not eating for fear of not knowing how my body would react. With perspective being a privilege of hindsight, I’m happy to look back at this time and really see it as a sizeable part of my spiritual learning – a connection, a reconnection to myself.
A dear friend of mine, Luca (who you will hear more about here one day), suggested I get in touch with Sue Bryant of ‘Your Health Naturally‘. This experience really changed my life and I’m so grateful for this introduction that it is with great joy, I introduce Sue to you!Â
While Sue’s offering collates a variety of modalities, I would like to focus on Bioresonance, which is the work I experience and continue with together with Sue. I do not live close enough to visit Sue in person, but this work can happen remotely, which is super news for those who are reading from a distance, should this resonate with you.
I’m excited to share the below interview with Sue. I have decided to split this into two parts as there is quite a bit of interesting information here. I also love how this work revolves around sound – frequencies. An interest we both share, but in slightly different ways! Have a read and if you have any questions, feel free to get in touch with me or Sue directly. Sue’s details are shared at the bottom of the post. Â
Q1: What is bio-resonance?
Bioresonance is a form of energy or frequency medicine that uses sophisticated technology to apply frequencies to the body; it can be used both diagnostically and therapeutically.
Einstein’s famous equation E=MC2 explains that all matter is made up of vibrational energy. Take any physical item, be it a stone, a piece of wood, an insect or a human being, whatever; they are all made up of building blocks called molecules; the molecules are made of smaller units called atoms at the atomic level we are basically looking at electrons, protons, neutrons, and at the smallest level of subatomic particles these are no longer physical structures but packets or waves of energy, they are in a constant state of vibration and the vibrational frequency or vibrational signature is unique to the physical item that it makes up. A ruby crystal will have a different vibrational frequency to that of an emerald, the mineral magnesium will have a different vibrational frequency to that of zinc, each different type of body cell has its own unique frequency, and the frequency of healthy cells will be different to that of unhealthy cells.
If we go on to consider the human body in its physical or biological form, it is organised into a hierarchy of different layers. We have different biological systems, for example, the digestive system, the immune system, the nervous system, etc.; these systems are made up of different tissues and organs; examples of tissue would be connective tissue or muscle tissue, and examples of organs would be the brain or the liver. These tissues and organs are made up of building blocks called cells, which are made up of many trillions of cells. Then, we can go smaller and look at the building blocks of the cells. If you were to look at the skin on the back of your hand (which we can all agree is a physical object) through a magnifying glass, you would be able to see a lot more than if using the naked eye; you would see a strange landscape of little dips and ridges and tiny hairs, if you used an even stronger magnification of a microscope you would be able to see the individual skin cells, an even more powerful microscope will reveal the molecules that make up cells, if we used an even more powerful scanning electron microscope you could zoom in even smaller to see the atoms that make up the molecules and then even smaller again we have the subatomic particles, at this level, you would be looking at 110 millionths of a millimetre, these tiniest particles are not physical at all, they are packets of vibrating energy and the frequencies of these vibrations can be measured. The study of the physics of living organisms is called biophysics.
So, with the understanding that everything in the universe, including ourselves, is made up of measurable vibrating energy, we can go on to consider the phenomena of resonance.
If you have two objects with the same vibrational ability, let’s say two identical tuning forks placed in close proximity. When one is struck, it will begin oscillating at its own specific frequency, and this will cause the other tuning fork to begin oscillating on its own accord without being struck. Another example would be if you have two tuned guitars in a room and you plucked the E string of one of them; the sound frequency of the plucked string will make the E string of the other guitar resonate as well. This is called resonance.
Bioresonance refers to the ability of living organisms to resonate with the frequencies in our environment; it is a natural phenomenon that is as old as life itself. A couple of examples of the biological effects of resonance with frequencies in our environment are the action of sunlight on our skin, the frequency of the ultraviolet spectrum of the light resonates with cells in our skin called melanocytes, this causes the skin to tan and stimulates the production of vitamin D, another example is the red wavelength in the light spectrum which predominates as the sun sets, it stimulates our bodies to produce the sleep hormone melatonin, this tunes our bodies into the natural circadian rhythm and readies us for sleep. All living things have evolved in a resonant field with Schuman frequencies, which are frequencies created within the cavity between the Earth’s surface and the upper part of the atmosphere known as the ionosphere. The energy that creates the Schumann frequencies comes from lightning strikes (some 40 million per day around the world) created as a result of the interaction between the energy of the solar wind and the energy of the magnetic field. This causes the cavity to vibrate or resonate at frequencies in the ELF (extra low frequency) range. The Lightning creates electromagnetic waves that travel around the globe at the speed of light, circumnavigating the planet on average 7.83 times per second, a frequency that corresponds to one of the brain wave states. The Schumann resonance provides the link between solar, lunar, planetary and other celestial rhythms and human physiology. Without these frequencies, we would not be able to survive.
Q2: What can someone expect when working with you?
In my practice, I work with energy in a number of different ways, and I work with two systems, the Rayocomp Polar 1000, developed 50 years ago by Paul Schmidt, a German engineer. As I understand, this is the only bio-resonance technology outside of the conventional ECG and MRI equipment that has gone through the rigorous science and clinical trials that meet legal requirements to be certified as a medical class 2a device; it is currently used in medical settings in Germany and a number of other countries. I also use an Asyra Qest 4, which is a computerised system that has evolved from the work of Dr Voll, a German physician in the 1920s who developed a device that took readings of electrical measurements emitted from the body. Both are very safe and gentle.
For assessments, I use an Asyra Qest 4. The client holds two brass hand masses, which deliver a comprehensive range of frequency signatures to the body; it assesses the energies in the acupuncture meridians, which gives helpful information and records resonances to a very wide range of signatures; this can give important energetic clues as to the underlying cause of a health problem and helps to determine what is needed to restore health and balance to the body. The system also creates a personalised vibrational remedy which helps balance the body’s energies between appointments. From the information I gathered, I put together a protocol for the client to follow for a period of usually 3 to 6 weeks before they come along for a review. The protocol generally consists of a combination of dietary and lifestyle advice, supplementation, flower remedies for emotional support, and simple techniques and exercises that can be done at home to support the healing process.

The Rayocomp system has a range of well-researched frequency programs and can be used for clients who have particular health concerns. This therapy basically requires the client to sit in a chair on a conductive sheet, and the appropriate programme is administered to help restore dysregulated frequencies and stimulate the innate healing capacity of the body. The system can also balance cellular energy and the more subtle energies of the acupuncture meridians and chakras so it can be used on a regular basis by healthy individuals who are interested in keeping their energies in good form to optimise their health. Healthy energies equal healthy cells equal healthy bodies. It is a very gentle and relaxing therapy.
I also practise Quantum Touch healing, which is a form of hands-on energy healing a little bit like Reiki; this involves raising my energy to a high vibrational level through a combination of mindful processes and breathing techniques; the energy is transmitted to the client and entrains their energy to a much higher level of vibration, this, in turn, enables the innate healing process to be stimulated.
Q3: How did your health naturally form, and what was my journey in this field?
My journey began almost 30 years ago when one of my children became extremely sick and ultimately bedridden for a long time. At the time, I looked to mainstream medicine for help, but when this failed me, I had no option but to look elsewhere for answers. I knew I needed a completely different approach and preferably something that could work diagnostically, but I didn’t even know if there was such a thing. It became an all-consuming mission. I began a course in nutrition and naturopathy; it was a vertical learning curve but was immensely helpful because it gave me an in-depth knowledge of the body, the healing capacity of food, and the naturopathic principles that can be applied to stimulate the innate capacity for healing. I spent many hours of research and tried all sorts of therapies. Acupuncture was very effective for pain control, and herbalism and iridology proved helpful, as did Reiki healing. I then found kinesiology, a therapy that uses muscle testing to identify the underlying causes of symptoms; this answered my quest for a more diagnostic approach and was a breakthrough for me. However, a Harley Street doctor recommended that I try bio-resonance.
We booked in for three days of intensive therapy, and this, for us, was the real game changer. Where we saw a profound improvement in my lad’s health; he did experience a number of regressions, but each time, his symptoms were not as severe as before; all in all, it took about 9 – 12 months before he was completely healed. It did prove necessary for us to purchase a bio-resonance machine to use for home treatments in between our appointments, so I needed to learn how to use the device and began delving into the science behind it. I have a very questioning mind, and once I got my son well, I was compelled to study how these various energy therapies worked; it not only satisfied my curiosity but also served as an insurance policy for the health of my family going forward – when you go through what we went through, you never want to go there again. I had the machine, so once I had the qualifications under my belt, it felt only right that I put it all to good use, so I started helping people. It has been quite a journey.
