Individual, Couple or Private Group Sessions

A moment for you
Bookings are currently available until June 2026 – explore availability here.
Individual sessions are an offering that are close to my heart. Over the years, I have come to learn the importance of a space and time that is purely, truly for ourselves. Using a variety of sound tools, from tuning forks or metal singing bowls, to gongs, we welcome whatever you may bring with you. Whether the need for a reset, or to tackle a specific stress or ailment, the benefits from these sessions are vast.
I also offer Duo Sessions; a tailored session combining the strengths of an Individual Session and the sonic tools used in a Group Session. This format welcomes couples wishing to celebrate their sacred union, or family members or best friends wishing to enjoy a moment to celebrate their connection.
Want to host a Private Group Session? Here you can book for up to a group of 5 people, whether your family or closest friends.
The sessions are 90mins long and hosted in my Cricklewood studio space regularly. Should you wish to enjoy one of these three types of sessions on an alternative date, please email me here to discuss the options.
Special Events
Extended Group Sound Meditation
Thu 19th Mar 6-9pm – Lopemede Farm, Oxfordshire

I can’t wait to be back in the Lopemede Farm EcoBarn for this next Firelight event!
March is on the horizon which brings with it the Spring Equinox. A time to celebrate the light! Not only the return of the light around us, but also the light within. I’ll be bringing a variety of sonic treats to host this extended sound meditation.
Our time together stretches to allow for a softer, slower moment of connection, a longer time held in sound, and a musical awakening. We’ll also be serving a seasonal beverage as we awaken.
We are opening up the doors of the eco barn to welcome you all in celebration of The Spring Equinox – the true restart of the year. A time that teaches us about trust, new life, new beginnings and a return of balance. This will be a special moment and with sound as our tool, together we enjoy a moment of rest, nourishment and inspiration. Using Himlayan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls, gongs, and the beautiful tones of the handpan, you are free to drift away to wherever the sound may take you.
These sessions tend to sell out so save your space!

Benefits of Sound Therapy
Physical
Sound can be applied in ways that offer relief on a physical level. From headache & tension relief, to a relaxing of tightness in the chest. Specific pain areas can also be targeted to offer relief, release, balance improvement, resolving chronic tiredness and an increase of energy.
Mental
Sound is our link to presence and acceptance. The more these are cultivated, the more space for opportunity we create and this may present itself in many ways. Fog dissipation, increased motivation, improved mid sent, attention span, patience or focus.
Emotional
When our mental side is in check, the bridge between heart and mind is in a good state for our emotional side to follow. We may find an increase in our ability to relax, relief of anxiety, an increase in our confidence or general mood, improved expression.

May, 2023Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been going to Craig's sessions for more than a year now, and they have helped me find more balance in my life. They also help me direct my life energy where I want to put it. It feels like a clearing out for my mind, soul and body, processing the past month, shedding and making space for what's to come. It also enables other, more buried things to surface and be experienced or worked through. The sounds are beautiful and relaxing, sometimes strange and ethereal. I often find that I have drifted off for a while but still feel the same level of benefit. Craig is a gentle, present practitioner, and the way he brings people together into community and holds space is very special. It's become part of my self care routine and I highly recommend just giving it a try.Posted on Clarette buhagair said14. May, 2023Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A mind blowing experience. I am a very nervy and edgy person and the sound was making me feel uncomfortable. This discomfort lasted less than 5 mins. My resistance to the vibrations and the sound faded away together with Craig’s calming voice. I left the session with a sense of peace in my heart and calmness all over. I highly recommend these sessions. Highly addictive for an over all wellbeing.Posted on Laura Williams14. February, 2023Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. On Saturday I had my first session with Craig at Soundworks. I had been wanting to try one of his sound therapy sessions for quite some time and I was not disappointed. Craig is so kind and calming and makes you feel very much at ease. During the session I experienced feelings I have not felt before - not only were the sounds beautiful but it took me to another place. I felt so calm afterwards and really felt the benefits of the session. I shall definitely be returning for more session with Craig and I cannot recommend him enough. It’s important to invest in yourself and I would definitely treat yourself to a session with Soundworks.Posted on Reema Patel18. January, 2023Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Craig is a magic maker! I have had the pleasure of experiencing sound healing now for nearly a year (intermittently), and I have not looked back. I find our sessions guide me to work towards my intentions. I have received clarity, answers and energetic downloads during and after these sessions. The vibrations created by the bowls have such healing properties which leave me feeling comfortable in my skin, grounded and at peace. I am grateful to you Craig xPosted on Luca Selvaggi22. August, 2022Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Craig is beyond special. He carries a unique and humbling touch to his work with sound. Holding space comes so natural for Craig that I always feel immensely safe and able to go within. His treatments really help me keep my self in check from my life stresses. Soundworks has become my go to place for sound therapy in London. Craig's work feels Sacred in itself and isn very professional , you can feel it's coming totally from the heart. He seems to also always bring something new to the next session. I love that. So much care. I bless him for his work, which is so supporting to my journey. Craig radiates calmness and compassion, such a breath of fresh air because it's real and comes from the right place. The spark shines bright in this one. What a blessing to have Craig as my sound therapist. Thank you ☺️Posted on Nanda Hirani18. August, 2022Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have Ulcerative colitis and I was having a tough year when I decided to try some 1:1 sound therapy. Right from the first session I felt the difference, I had this feeling of letting go and relaxation around my abdominal area which I haven’t had in years. After several sessions, my condition continued to improve and I felt like each session gave me something different. Often, I was really struggling with my mental health, and Craig was able to sense that and use the bowls to support me. There are probably thousands of sound practitioners out there, but what makes Craig special is his intuition and his ability to know exactly what you need from the session without you even telling him. He is also a warm, friendly person and is able to hold space for you which is what really helped me let everything go and enjoy the experience as much as I could. He is truly gifted and it is very clear that he is genuinely passionate about helping others through sound. Okay I would highly recommend Craig to be a part of your sound journey, come to your sessions with an open heart and mind, and you will be amazed by the results. Thank you Craig for being an integral part of my healing journey, I am so grateful for the work we have done together.Posted on Beatrice Leadbetter23. July, 2022Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Craig’s sound healing sessions that I’ve attended have been quite profound in seeming to cut through to the core of issues and to the emotions underlying them and bringing greater clarity in moving forwards. Thank you, Craig.Posted on Pauline21. July, 2022Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Absolutely stunning, gentle peaceful calming sound bath experience. The teacher is a very knowledgeable person and puts the class at ease from the beginning, he’s also approachable. I have been to a few sessions and even booked a private event for my clients in a retirement setting. This to was received well and all of the clients gave a positive feedback. I look forward to booking again in the near future. The only negative I would say is that the class time is to short and I could listen for hours . Again I will one day make it to the all night session soon .Posted on Andrew Farrugia21. July, 2022Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Went to a sound meditation session during my visit to London. Craig is very welcoming, and knowledgeable but the best parts were the calming sounds I’ve never experienced before :) Highly recommend!
